Terms of Service

You are required to read and adhere to these Terms of Service when purchasing from vynyll (henceforth referred to as the artist).

GENERAL

- All terms applied here are subject to change without notice at any time and are based on the artist's judgment.- All goods and services referred to here pertain to digital items. Customers will not receive physical copies of any purchased items.- All images are sent in PNG image format through temporary links. The sent images should be saved at the customer's earliest convenience.- Payment must be received upfront for all items.- The artist reserves all rights to the original artwork, along with the right to use any images as samples (portfolio, commission, etc.).- If uploading any artwork or design to any platform, please credit or tag the artist as vynyll. Additionally, please ensure the artist's signature/watermark remains intact.- Under no circumstances can anything made by the artist be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space.- Under no circumstances can anything made by the artist be used in any sort of AI training or any sort of generative AI technology.

COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

- The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason without explanation.- The commissioner cannot claim to have produced the artwork. The character(s) depicted in the artwork, however, remain property of the commissioner.- All commissioned artwork is solely for personal use. Alteration or use of any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.- Re-uploading of the commissioned artwork is allowed under the following conditions:
.......- Artist credits must be clearly placed in the description and/or title.
.......- The artist's signature/watermark remains intact.- Commissions will be completed within a timeframe of 3 months maximum. The commissioner may request updates at any time during this period.- A sketch of the commission will be sent shortly after the artist begins. Additional works in progress (WIPs), however, are available upon request. (Note: Only minor changes are available to finished commissions so be sure to point out any major edits beforehand.)

ADOPTABLE TERMS OF SERVICE

- Owners of purchased adoptable designs will receive the full size, unwatermarked version of the adopt. However, the adopt will still carry the artist's signature.- Alterations to the original artwork are not allowed. However, owners are free to alter the design itself.- Do not alter the design so much that it is unrecognizable from the original.- Do not claim to have created the design.- Reselling, gifting, or trading is allowed, however, the artist must be notified of any changes in the design's ownership. Do not resell the design for higher than the original price unless selling with additional artwork.- Any new owners of resold or traded designs are required to adhere to the artist's Terms of Service.

PAYMENT

- Payment through Paypal and Kofi are accepted.- Paypal payments are done through invoice.- Payment must be received upfront and should only be sent after all details are discussed and agreed upon.- Once payment has been received, it will be reasoned that you have understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.

REFUNDS

- Personal inability to complete the commission will result in a full refund to the commissioner.- Commissioners requesting a refund:
.......- If the commission has not been started a full refund is available.
.......- If the commission has been started only a partial refund will be available. The artwork up to this point, however, will solely belong to the artist.
.......- There are no refunds for completed commissions.- There are no refunds for adoptable designs.

The size and style of your commission may vary since my style is inconsistent. Changes won't be excessive, however, please bear this in mind.
